Important Information. Your booking is honoured for these dates and we ask that you check these details carefully and contact us immediately should there be any changes.

Check in after 2pm. However, should you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and the use of hotel facilities is welcome.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Sat and Sun 9.00 am – 2.00 pm

Check in outside these times by special arrangement only. For late check-ins please call the building reception number to receive instructions.

  • Apartment servicing applies after 7 night stay
  • All used dishes to be cleaned and put away before departure.
  • All rubbish to be removed and placed into the bins supplied, the bin shute it located at the western end of the hallway. Aswell there are bins in the basement.
  • If the room is not left in a clean and tidy condition then additional cleaning fees will be charged.
  • All of our apartments are Non Smoking. Guests can smoke on the balcony if necessary.
  • Please note that for the enjoyment of all guests, this property has a strict No Party Policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 day cancellation applies, cancellations within 7 days of booking will be non-refundable.
  • Date & Booking changes are based on availability. Changes within the 7 day cancellation period will be non-refundable.

Parking

  • 1 car space is provided with each booking.
  • Car park height restriction is 2M
